In this course you will learn how projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored and completed. In addition to the structural elements, cultural aspects are also taken into account.

There are no formal prerequisites for this training. Initial experience as a project member is advantageous in order to be able to situate the training content and make the learning transfer into everyday practice.
